Hi there! I’m Ayush.

I started building for the web in 2023 and haven’t stopped.

I work at Jamtech Technology, mostly on the parts of a product that break in interesting ways — group video calling on a media server, a feed that has to rank and still answer fast, chat that survives a dropped connection.

Alongside that I build and maintain production applications for a handful of clients in diagnostics, retail and trading — end to end, including the servers they run on.

I’m from Lucknow, in northern India. Everything I ship runs on a VPS I administer myself — nginx, pm2, deploys, the lot.

2.5 yrs shipping production code. Long enough to have broken things in front of real users and fixed them.

The thing I like most: real-time systems. Media servers, sockets, and everything that goes wrong on a bad network.

Currently learning: simulcast for bandwidth adaptation, and how to add structured logging before I need it rather than after a three-day debugging session.
